Deadline for Poinsettia+ Fundraiser Orders
The deadline for placing a Poinsettia+ order as part of our fall fundraiser is today, October 30.
Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences - Thursday evening
The fall conference format is a 5 minute pop in visit with as many of your student’s teachers as you wish to see. Families do not need to sign up ahead of time. Conferences will be first come, first serve with a new conference starting every 5 minutes. It is generally less busy on Friday during the day - so if you are able to come on Friday, it is encouraged.

8th Grade Dance
The 8th grade dance will begin at 2:30. We’d love volunteers to help make this a great event for our students.
8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
The 2026 8th grade promotion ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9th. Seating available starting at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony is expected to last one hour.

SHMS Fun Day (CLUE Themed)
Spring Harbor Middle School will have its last Fun Day of the school year on Friday, April 10. Our student council has been very busy planning a day full of events centered around the game CLUE. In addition, there will be traditional Fun Day activities such as a dance, snacks, etc.
Please consider a donation of time or snacks/goods to make this event successful. Donations of non-perishable goods can be dropped off at the office any day and time before the event. Baked goods and other perishable items should be dropped off at the office on the morning of Friday, April 10.
