SHMS Fun Day (CLUE Themed)
Spring Harbor Middle School will have its last Fun Day of the school year on Friday, April 10. Our student council has been very busy planning a day full of events centered around the game CLUE. In addition, there will be traditional Fun Day activities such as a dance, snacks, etc.
Please consider a donation of time or snacks/goods to make this event successful. Donations of non-perishable goods can be dropped off at the office any day and time before the event. Baked goods and other perishable items should be dropped off at the office on the morning of Friday, April 10.

Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences - Friday afternoon
The fall conference format is a 5 minute pop in visit with as many of your student’s teachers as you wish to see. Families do not need to sign up ahead of time. Conferences will be first come, first serve with a new conference starting every 5 minutes. It is generally less busy on Friday during the day - so if you are able to come on Friday, it is encouraged.
Friday conference times are 8:30 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m.

Teacher Appreciation Signup - Snacks and Drinks during Conferences
Join the Spring Harbor Middle School PTO in showing appreciation for our awesome teachers by providing snacks and beverages for staff during the November 20 and 21, 2025, parent-teacher conferences.
Take a look at the available slots and sign up if you can. Non-perishable items can be brought to the school any day before Nov. 20. Please bring perishable items to school on Nov. 20 in the morning.

Poinsettia+ Orders Due
The deadline to submit your Poinsettia+ orders is October 31, 2025. Get your orders in online or return your order form with cash or check payment to the school by the end of the day. Thank you for supporting your PTO!
8th Grade Dance
The 8th grade SHMS class will enjoy a tropical themed dance from 2:30 until dismissal. Help is needed from 8th grade families to make this event a success. Please consider donating snacks and/or volunteering.
